Dr. Amber Glenn is originally from Detroit, Michigan. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and minored in African Studies from Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, MI. While attending Kalamazoo College, she studied abroad for 8 months and worked in a HIV clinic for women solidifying her desire to become a physician. Dr. Glenn completed her medical education at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI.
After completing her medical education, Dr. Glenn began her career with a residency at Saint Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. She has spent time doing mission work in underserved communities in Detroit, Haiti and Kenya. She’s received training in high-risk obstetrics, group prenatal care and minimally invasive surgery including Da Vinci robotics.
In her spare time Dr. Glenn enjoys playing golf with her husband and spending time with their dog,
